Fleur van der Heul, RCC

 

Fleur is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who specializes in ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Fleur works with children, adolescents, and adults. Other areas of expertise include issues with anger, self-harm, OCD, LGBTQ issues, and management of school- or work-related stress. 

 

Her therapeutic approach includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness.

Fleur has over 14 years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. She has held positions as a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician and as a Psychometrist at the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre and Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services. 

 

Fleur also offers Executive Function Coaching. Executive Function Coaching is a highly effective type of academic coaching that teaches individuals how to organize, plan, prioritize, manage time, maintain focus, and self-assess in order to work efficiently and independently.

Fleur completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Adler University and another Master’s degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at the University of Utrecht (Netherlands) and Simon Fraser University.

​

Fleur provides in-person as well as online sessions.

Fees are $178.50 (tax inclusive) for 50-minute sessions.

Gurprit is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). She is passionate about empowering you to live your most authentic life where your needs are met, you feel fulfilled, and allow yourself to create the ability to flourish in your life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, burnt out, or you are seeking personal growth, together you can identify your barriers and create the change you desire. While respecting that you are the expert of your own life, Gurprit will support you in your healing journey by providing you with the guidance and tools necessary in order to navigate through your challenges and work towards your individual goals. Gurprit believes in the importance of hearing your life story and strive to create a safe, non-judgemental and empathetic space.

 

Gurprit has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She has over 15 years of experience working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

 

Gurprit is passionate about working with teens and adults. Her areas of expertise include helping those with anxiety (including OCD), depression, anger, substance use, chronic pain, life transitions and personal growth, LGBTQIA+ related issues, work related stress, compassion fatigue/burn-out, and self-worth.

Gurprit's therapeutic approach includes a combination of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution focused, somatic therapy and Mindfulness. Gurprit also completed additional training in Observed Experiential Integration (OEI).

Gurprit provides in-person as well as online sessions.

 

Fees are $140 for 50-minute sessions.
